Roles
Customer
Create support requests, explain issues, communicate with the support team, and track ticket progress.
Agent
Work on customer requests, reply to conversations, manage assigned tickets, and claim available tickets.
Admin
Manage the support workspace, assign tickets to agents, oversee requests, and control system workflows.
Recommended Test Flow
Start with any Customer account, create a ticket, then switch between Admin and Agent accounts to explore the workflow. For the best experience, you can try the following:

Sign in as a Customer and create a ticket.

Switch to an Admin account and assign the ticket to an Agent.
- 3
Switch to the Agent account and respond to the customer.
Feel free to explore other workflows and permission rules throughout the application.
Demo Environment
This is an interactive demo environment designed to showcase role-based access, ticket workflows, and permission-driven collaboration. You can create and modify test data, but some system-level actions such as creating accounts or changing roles are restricted.
